Tutor Application Form

This application takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. It asks for all the typical background information that you would find on any other application, plus a couple of items unique to tutoring. 

All fields with an

We use the fielded information below to build a profile of you (absent your private contact information).  This profile is presented to clients during the sales process.  Two of the fields below are particularly important:

        -   your "scholastic/work summary"
         -  your "tutoring style/philosophy"

WHAT IS AN EXPERT?

The American Heritage Dictionary defines an expert as "a person with a high degree of skill in or knowledge of a
certain subject."  Santa Rosa Tutoring is looking for demonstrable currency as well, either through recent duty, or
long-time affiliation with the subject area.  You will be expected to jump right into the middle of a academic
or test preparation course and provide expert level instruction!
